1. This game and these terms

Multicast Games Limited provides Cat Miners: Idle Tycoon for Android (com.multicastgames.catscuteminer). These terms apply to this game, for its intended audience aged 13 and older. The separate game Privacy Policy explains information handling. Accepting these terms is not consent to optional analytics or advertising.

2. Age eligibility and parental involvement

The game is intended for players aged 13 and older. Players under 13 are outside its intended audience. Players who are minors need a parent's or guardian's permission where required. A parent or guardian should review these terms and the game Privacy Policy, supervise play and manage monetary-purchase approvals.

Versions 0.1.3 and later open without mandatory age-selection or analytics-consent screens. From version 0.1.5, basic AppMetrica gameplay measurement starts automatically and can be disabled in settings without choosing an age. Additional services use a neutral age category: players under 16 and players whose age is unknown receive protection without Adjust, Meta, advertisements or monetary purchase-revenue analytics. Choosing an older category gives no game reward. Do not give a false age category to remove protection.

An in-game purchase access check does not verify parental identity or replace permission required by law or Google Play's approval controls.

3. Gameplay and local progress

The game includes mining, upgrades, equipment, cards and factories. Availability depends on progress and the current game version. Updates can correct errors or change content and balance.

Progress is principally stored on the device. Resetting progress, clearing app data, changing device or reinstalling can affect local progress and virtual items. The game does not promise a linked cloud-save account, cross-device progression or replenishment of crystals already consumed. The game Privacy Policy explains the purchase and privacy records retained across a progress reset.

4. Purchases and virtual items

Optional crystal packs are purchased through Google Play. The product's amount and localized price are shown before checkout. The current six packs have no first-purchase crystal bonus. Virtual items are for use in the game and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Google Play processes payments. Applicable platform terms, parental approvals and statutory consumer or refund rights apply. The Multicast service validates a transaction before crystal delivery. An interrupted transaction can remain pending until validation, saving and delivery finish. Use purchase recovery or support before repeating a purchase merely because the earlier one is pending.

Recovery checks unfinished purchases; it does not replenish crystals already delivered and spent or promise cross-device restoration. For purchase problems, contact support with the game name and an order reference, without sending passwords or card details.

Randomized card chests display their chances in the game. A purchase does not guarantee a particular randomized result beyond the contents expressly stated for that product.

5. Advertising

The first release contains no advertisements for any player, including rewarded advertisements, interstitials and banners. It offers no advertising opt-in or ad-based reward offers. AppLovin MAX and advertising providers are deferred to a second release; no advertising SDK or advertising consent flow is active in this release.

Ordinary mining, progression, basic gameplay measurement with an in-game disable control, additional optional services for eligible players aged 16 or older, and the six optional consumable purchases remain in scope. Any later introduction of advertising requires updated disclosures and the applicable privacy safeguards before activation.

6. Permitted use and content

You may use the game for personal entertainment in accordance with these terms and applicable law. Do not interfere with connected services, obtain virtual items through fraudulent transactions or misuse other people's information.

Software, artwork and other content remain subject to their owners' rights. Restrictions are subject to any rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

7. Availability and consumer rights

Network features, the app store and other providers can be unavailable. Updates may be necessary to correct errors, maintain compatibility or change features. This does not remove statutory consumer rights or obligations relating to a completed purchase.

Removing the app does not itself request deletion of server records. Use the contact and deletion process in the game Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and contact

The studio is established in Cyprus. These terms are governed by Cyprus law, subject to mandatory protections and rights to bring a claim that apply in your country. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
