Cat Miners: Idle Tycoon — Data Access and Deletion
Last updated: 20 October 2026.
Multicast Games Limited operates Cat Miners: Idle Tycoon for Android (com.multicastgames.catscuteminer). Players and parents or guardians can request access, correction or deletion of information relating to this game, including guest-account and purchase-service records.
Send a request
Email support@multicastgames.com with the subject Cat Miners — data request. State whether you want access, correction or deletion, and whether you are requesting for yourself or for a child in your care.
Include the game name and enough information to help us find the relevant records. For a purchase, an available Google Play order reference can help. You do not need to make a new purchase or enable optional analytics to submit a request. If you do not have an order reference, explain the situation and we will help identify the relevant records.
Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, full card details or a child's full date of birth. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request concerns the right records and a person entitled to make it.
What happens to the data
We handle your request for records held for this game and coordinate the required steps with the relevant services. When deletion applies, we remove or anonymize the associated records unless retention is required for a legitimate purpose described in the Privacy Policy, such as an applicable legal, tax or accounting obligation, transaction security, fraud prevention or resolution of an unfinished purchase. We explain any retained category, the reason for retention and the criteria governing its retention.
A deletion request is separate from a Google Play refund request. We do not receive payment-card numbers, and we cannot delete records that Google retains independently under its own obligations. We can assist with records processed by our game and services.
Local progress and analytics
Resetting game progress is not a server-data deletion request. Local progress, age settings, payment-delivery records and restart archives can remain on the device until removed using the relevant app or Android storage controls. Clearing local data does not itself delete server records and may prevent this installation from recovering unfinished purchases; contact support if a purchase is unresolved.
From version 0.1.5, players can stop automatic basic AppMetrica measurement in Settings → Analytics & privacy → AppMetrica, then save settings. This control does not require age selection. Eligible players aged 16 or older can separately stop Adjust and Meta collection under Additional optional services. Players under 16 or with unknown age do not use those additional services. In earlier versions all analytics depended on eligible players' saved choices. Stopping measurement does not automatically remove information already sent; include that information in a deletion request if relevant.
